Verification Standards

What Customer Verified, CoastMatch Verified, and Match Verified each mean.

Version 1.0 · Effective September 4, 2026 · Operational draft — under legal review · Published by Coast to Coast Communications, Inc.

Three separate standards

Customer Verified applies to a customer: identity, contactability, authority, and applicable requirements were reviewed.

CoastMatch Verified applies to a business that completed CoastMatch's business-verification requirements.

Match Verified applies to an individual opportunity that completed CoastMatch's required information, consent, eligibility, contactability, and quality review.

What verification does not mean

Match Verified does not guarantee that the customer will purchase, that the opportunity will close, or that the stated value will be realized.

Verification is not an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of workmanship, licensing status at any future date, or business performance.

These policies are published by Coast to Coast Communications, Inc. for CoastMatch members and customers. They are operating policies and are not presented as attorney-reviewed or attorney-approved legal advice. Current publication status: Operational draft — under legal review.
