Fraud and integrity controls

CoastMatch screens for duplicate requests, multiple accounts, reused photographs or documents, invalid contact information, collusion, recycled opportunities, unauthorized property requests, excessive cancellations, verification refusal, and repeated disputes.

Flagged records are routed to staff review. Specific internal detection rules are not published.

Reporting a concern

Members and customers can report a concern from any transaction record, or contact CoastMatch support directly.

Every report, decision, and reason is recorded in the audit history.
