Refund and Dispute Policy

How quality complaints, credits, refunds, and disputes are handled.

Version 1.0 · Effective September 4, 2026 · Operational draft — under legal review · Published by Coast to Coast Communications, Inc.

What can be reported

Incorrect contact information, missing consent, duplicate opportunity, undisclosed previous distribution, incorrect category, incorrect location, customer no longer interested, materially inaccurate description, licensing conflict, suspected fraud, unauthorized contact, or another concern.

How reports are resolved

CoastMatch staff review each report and record an outcome: no action, more information required, valid opportunity, credit approved, partial credit, refund review, refund approved, replacement review, warning, opportunity suspended, business compliance review, or customer compliance review.

Refunds and replacements are not automatic or guaranteed. Every decision and reason is recorded in transaction history and audit logs.

These policies are published by Coast to Coast Communications, Inc. for CoastMatch members and customers. They are operating policies and are not presented as attorney-reviewed or attorney-approved legal advice. Current publication status: Operational draft — under legal review.
