Protected information
Customer names, telephone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, identity or ownership documents, confidential photographs, precise locations, insurance information, and private project details are never displayed publicly.
Protected information is released only after verification, valid consent, business eligibility, required acknowledgments, successful payment where applicable, and a recorded audit entry.
A pending or simulated payment never unlocks customer information.
How information is used
Information is used to verify requests, determine eligibility, assign Match Value, identify and notify qualified businesses, control distribution within CoastMatch, and track communications and outcomes.
CoastMatch does not own the customer, the customer relationship, the property, or the underlying project. Customers grant CoastMatch limited authorization to perform the activities described here.
Your choices
Customers may edit, pause, or withdraw a request before protected release, and may change contact preferences at any time.
After an authorized release, withdrawal follows the published cancellation, refund, and dispute rules.
