How customer information and CoastMatch access may and may not be used.

Required conduct
Customer information may be used only for the authorized purpose of pursuing the specific opportunity.
Information may not be resold, redistributed, added to marketing lists, or shared outside the receiving business.
Stated contact preferences and contact times must be followed, along with applicable licensing and legal requirements.
Outcomes must be reported so CoastMatch can measure quality.
Prohibited conduct
Fabricated opportunities or customers, duplicate or multiple accounts, business-created customer accounts, recycled opportunities, unauthorized property requests, attempts to bypass CoastMatch, and unauthorized use of protected information.
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from CoastMatch.
